• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform environmental and water quality monitoring, ensuring timely and accurate testing.
• Analyze and trend microbiological data, escalating adverse results as needed.
• Investigate out-of-specification results, deviations, and non-conformances, including literature research when required.
• Support equipment qualification, calibration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of microbiology lab functions.
• Oversee QC lab operations, retained sample management, and compliance with ISO, 5S, lean, and safety standards.
