What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures
• Conduct rigorous testing and inspections at all stages of the manufacturing process
• Analyse data and generate detailed reports to identify and address quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, and ensure compliance
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
• Assist in the development and deployment of quality assurance tools and technologies

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Quality Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer in the precision engineering or aerospace industry
• Proven track record of implementing effective quality assurance programs and driving continuous improvement
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and NADCAP processes is an advantage.
