Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and financial management.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for all project communications, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies).
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Provide regular project updates, financial reports, and risk assessments to senior management, including the Sales Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Business Management, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry, with expertise or a network in semiconductor, life sciences, or medical sectors.
• Prior experience in CNC Machining and Bill of Material (BOM) will be advantageous.
