Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure high yield, quality, and productivity.
- Perform process characterization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Equipment, and Quality) to support new product introduction (NPI) and process transfer.
- Establish and maintain process control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions for process deviations or equipment-related issues.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement process improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Evaluate and qualify new materials, tools, and process technologies.
- Support cost reduction, yield improvement, and equipment utilization projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline).
- 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or precision engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of process engineering principles, SPC, DOE, and FMEA.
- Hands-on experience with production tools, equipment troubleshooting, and process validation.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma will be an advantage.
