Responsibilities

• Verify shipment content against shipping documents provided.
• Reject damaged items and record discrepancies.
• Data entry into ERP system.
• Assist in material picking against pick list.
• Assist in packing of outbound shipments.
• Assist Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
• Visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
• Deliver/collect goods to/from assigned locations using company vehicle.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.
• Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents and arrangement of shipment.
