Job description
Finance and Accounting
  • Directs and oversees all aspects of finance and accounting functions.
  • Ensure all the financial information and accounting data are accurate and accounted for in the general ledger.
  • After month end closing, to provide monthly variance analysis and financial insights to Sales and Operation Teams across 4 Asian subsidiaries, supporting decision-making and contributing to business growth across APAC.
  • Review and analyze cash positions and cash flow forecasts to ensure an optimal level of cash.
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and yearly actual reporting.
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly management accounts, and half-yearly and full-year release of financial results.
  • Maintain relations with internal auditors, external auditors, company secretaries, and lawyers.
  • Investigate their findings and recommendation and ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit the needed for budgeting and forecast exercise.
  • Set up of group-wide standardized KPIs and transparency about turnover, margins and profitability development with future scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with strategic sales departments (market management, product management, etc.)
  • Support consolidation and planning of the regional profit and loss statement.
  • Support to ensure compliance with local, states and financial regulations & standards in cooperation with the local financial department.
Office Management
  • Provide administrative support to daily HR operations.
  • Arrange for pre-employment checkup with appointed clinics.
  • Preparation of new joiner welcome pack and maintenance of employee handbook.
  • Preparation of various HR letters (visa letters, employment certifications, immigration letters, etc).
  • HR invoices processing.
  • Assist with IT management with service provider
