Job Description
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments for requests and issue resolution.
Program Implementation
- Take ownership of new program implementations for key accounts.
- Engage in initiative and project discussions, leading and monitoring implementation progress.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and report stockholdings
- Prepare indent reports for monthly reviews.
- Manage replenishment and inbound inventory in line with forecasts, commercial, and stockholding requirements.
Performance Metrics
- Support monthly KPI metrics and perform root cause analysis to improve metrics and performance.
- Ensure timely submission of internal and external reports and present operational KPIs.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals.
- Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.
Transactional-Tasks
- Effectively use the SAP system to manage a high number of material SKUs.
- Support clients in good receipt, redressing, write off, item creation, item suspension, destruction and other activities.
Requirements
- Degree in any Business/HR/Supply Chain or relevant studies
- Preferably experience in customer service / with SAP
