Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Admin/Operation Coordinator for a permanent role. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating workforce and vehicle deployment, and maintaining vehicle records. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience and strong organisational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A class 3/3C license is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong organisational & administrative skills.
  • Good to have class 3/3C licence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Plan and schedule workers, vehicles, and drivers.
  • Coordinate truck and driver deployment with other departments.
  • Maintain vehicle records including inspection and insurance.
  • Handle document preparation, filing, and record updates.
  • Assist with BCA approvals and site permits.
  • Liaise with workers on any issues.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
