Job description

Responsibilities:

• Mold Installation: Fit, mount, and set up new molds on production machines, ensuring precise alignment and readiness for injection molding operations.
• Mold Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair existing molds to maintain performance and extend service life.
• Quality & Troubleshooting: Conduct dimensional checks using measurement tools and resolve issues impacting mold functionality.
• Workflow Management: Plan and organize tasks to meet schedules and KPIs, ensuring smooth mold changeovers and uninterrupted production.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments, demonstrating strong communication skills and openness to learning new methods.

Requirements:
