Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a strategic leader to oversee business growth across APAC and Oceania. The role demands over 10 years of experience in managing multi-country operations, focusing on developing and implementing business strategies, governance frameworks, and operational improvements. The successful candidate will lead talent development, manage P&L accountability, and represent the company in high-level negotiations. Frequent travel in the region is required. This opportunity is open to professionals with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in senior leadership roles managing multi-country operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies and long-term growth plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Establish governance frameworks for regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
  • Monitor strategies to drive organizational transformation.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning for P&L accountability.
  • Identify operational improvements and explore new market opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and talent development.
  • Oversee HR functions to support workforce effectiveness.
  • Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and meetings.
  • Frequent travel across APAC and Oceania as required.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies and long-term growth plans aligned with corporate objectives across APAC and Oceania.

  • Establish and maintain corporate governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

  • Formulate and monitor short and mid-term strategies to track progress and drive organizational transformation and change initiatives.

  • Assume full P&L accountability by managing budgeting, forecasting, sales planning, profit targets, and expense control to optimize financial performance.

  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance business performance and explore new market opportunities.

  • Provide leadership, talent development, and succession planning.

  • Oversee HR functions including personnel management, attendance tracking, and health management to support workforce effectiveness.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, customers, and headquarters to support business objectives.

  • Represent the company in executive-level negotiations, regional meetings, and strategic forums to influence decision-making and advance company interests

  • Frequent travel across APAC and Oceania as required
