A leading luxury beauty retailer in Singapore is seeking a Retail Store Manager to drive sales and manage operations. The role demands at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities include leading a team to achieve business goals, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and overseeing retail operations. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of conversion to permanent employment.
Available Locations: Islandwide, depending on outlet vacancy
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Team Commission
Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)
3 months contract convert to perm
Job Scope:
Sales and performance: Drive sales targets, manage store performance, and lead a team to achieve business goals.
Client experience: Deliver exceptional client service, build client loyalty through relationship management, and uphold luxury service standards.
Team leadership: Coach, develop, and manage a team of beauty professionals.
Operations: Oversee all aspects of retail operations and store management.
Requirement:
Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent
At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Able to mentor, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals
Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service
