Job summary

A staffing company in Singapore is hiring a Warehouse Assistant. Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, and storing goods, as well as picking and packing orders. Job Scope

Warehouse Assistant (Up to $2300 - $2500)

• Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Perform stock checks and update inventory records.

Job Requirements

• Possess forklift license is an advantage. (Not compulsory)
• Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply

Logistics Coordinator (Up to $3000)

• Manage and update inventory records in the system.
• Process sales documentation for local/export deliveries and coordinate delivery schedules with head office.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and shipments.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and related documents for outbound shipments.
• Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and safety regulations

Job Requirements

• 1~2 years in relevant experience will added advantages.
• Possess computer knowledge, familiar with WMS is an advantage
