Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for IT systems, networks, and infrastructure used in the medical/pharmaceutical business
• Implement and manage software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions to meet the company's technology requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address the technology needs of the business
