A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive / Telesales Executive to drive sales performance and establish strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in Business Administration or Marketing and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is required. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment focused on achieving sales objectives.
Responsible for driving sales performance and accountable for meeting revenue, sales and profits targets set by the Company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle enquiries from customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc) to post sales and identify any potential sales opportunities.
Proactively reach out to new and existing customers via phone calls and emails to provide support, identify needs and create sales opportunities.
Qualified leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities.
Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual, team and departmental KPIs.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to aid management in their decision making.
Assist in filling in the questionnaire, surveys and accreditation forms required by customers.
