Responsibilities

Revenue Growth:

  • Responsible for driving sales performance and accountable for meeting revenue, sales and profits targets set by the Company.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Inbound Sales Management:

  • Handle enquiries from customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc) to post sales and identify any potential sales opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to new and existing customers via phone calls and emails to provide support, identify needs and create sales opportunities.

Sales Execution:

  • Qualified leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual, team and departmental KPIs.

Reports and Administrative Matters:

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to aid management in their decision making.
  • Assist in filling in the questionnaire, surveys and accreditation forms required by customers.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing and other relevant fields
  • Results driven and self-motivated for new challenges
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Experience in standard components in Mechanical, Electrical and Cutting tools will be advantageous
