Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables and communications to ensure effective project execution.
- Partnering with key stakeholders including HQ HR, Regional Management, Local HR leaders, and external partners for the implementation and delivery of HR projects.
- Projects scope may include:
- -Compensation & Benefits (Job Grading, Salary Benchmarking)
- - Talent Management (Training & Succession Planning)
- - HR Information System (Workday Implementation)
- - Performance Management
- - Employee Engagement (Global Employee Engagement Survey)
- Responsible to independently lead the planning, research, management and end-to-end execution of various HR Projects and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.
- Preparation, analysis and consolidation of HR data and reports for management when required.
- Manage all HR project and meeting logistics.
- Support the preparation of regional HR meetings, workshops, and communication sessions, ensuring follow-up and documentation of key actions.
- Provide support to Regional HR Manager on all additional ad-hoc requests on specific global or regional HR Projects.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations, interactions and business writing with others.
- Project management and analytical skills with a strong ability to assess areas of improvements to suggest to the various stakeholders and project counterparts.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with employees at all levels within the company and also with external parties (e.g. partners, clients, vendors etc.), with the ability to source for vendors independently.
- Having a high sense of integrity, transparency and accountability in all work tasks and interactions with others. Must be able to work with and handle highly confidential data.
- Detailed, well‑organized and able to multi‑task and manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritizing required actions accordingly to meet required deadlines.
- Strong drive to remain focused, self‑motivated and committed to completing or achieving tasks.
- Meticulous and pays attention to details to ensure minimum errors in work.
- Must be able to travel overseas if required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business administration or other related disciplines.
- 10 years of HR generalist background with experience in various HR improvement projects.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in regional HR corporate practices and C&B administration.
- Good understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in Asia Pacific, especially around compensation practices
- Knowledge and experience in hands‑on project management.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in working in a multi‑cultural environment is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing/machinery industry will be an added advantage.
