Job Description
- Payroll Process Management for 3 entities
- Complete employee data input timely and accurately
- Submit monthly CPF report
- Maintain employment records and prepare related document
- Handle HR related government and third parities’ survey
- Assist payroll Executive to complete data input timely and accurately, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
- Assist payroll Executive to generate payroll report
- HRIS operation
- Update employee database system
- Analyze existing system function
- Generate system modification requirement
- Assist to identify HRIS’s requirement and summarize specifications
- Assist in HRIS improvement
- HR Admin
- Proceed application and update payroll related data in HRIS (Attendance, Leave, RS fringe, Housing etc)
- Assist in Travel Management
- Process invoices payments from vendors and internal cost allocation
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in HR or related
- 1-2 years’ experience in HR Operations especially payroll function
- Knowledge in HRIS system
- Strong knowledge of payroll computations, MOM and CPF legislation
- Effective communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A high degree of diligence and accuracy in accomplishing tasks, with a strong focus on thoroughness in all areas of work.
- Keen on new learning, proactive attitude
