A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving skills. This role requires compliance with HR policies and fostering a motivated work environment.
5 days work (8.30 am – 5.30 pm)

The ideal candidate will take on the role of Human Resources Executive and manage HR operations including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll and performance management for employees. The candidate is also expected to take initiatives to improve HR process and ensure HR policy compliance to legal requirements.
Perform the full spectrum of HR operational duties effectively and efficiently, such as Recruitment, on-boarding, payroll and performance management for employees
Checking hiring needs, screening & interviewing candidates.
Conduct orientation and On-boarding process (including but not limited to work pass, P-file System updates)
End of probation (confirmation, insurance entitlement)
Employee welfare (Insurance and benefit claims, leave management)
Checking and processing payroll with HR system ( Times Soft)
Update and maintain employees' data in HR system and personnel files
Coordination of training
Exit Interview/ Clearance
Review HR policies and practice to ensure the compliance with legal requirements
Assisting in standardizing and streamlining internal HR process.
Assist in formulating salary, compensation and benefits plan by collecting and preparing data for market analysis and benchmarking, surveys.
Attend to employee relations matters to ensure a motivated work environment, including employee communications, benefit programs review and implementation, attend to employee inquiries and participate at investigations, and handle employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training and development programs and activities for the targeted employees, ensuring good program attendance, proper record filing, and administer grant applications timely.
Assist in implementing performance review program that aligns to the high performing work culture, ensuring the review exercises are completed timely and the quality of reviews are consistent matching the requirements.
Perform general office administration duties efficiently, such as office equipment and supplies, stationeries, transport arrangement etc.
Liaise with external service providers, vendors, government agencies and supplies, grants, work applications and labour matters etc.
Manage work passes application, renewal, cancellation, and appeals process.
Assist to staff enquiries and requests on HR matters.
Any other duties as directed by the HR Manager.
Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 3 year(s) relevant working experience
Good analytical and problem-solving and time management skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF and MOM guidelines government agencies and process related government claims
Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual work hours when required
