Job summary

A prominent HR services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional. You will provide overall HR and administrative support, assist in recruitment activities, manage on-boarding and off-boarding, and handle performance management. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and at least 5 years of HR experience. The role offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall HR and administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, shortlisting, arranging interview to coordination of job offers.
  • Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding procedures for the company.
  • Performance management.
  • Verify employee attendance and leave management.
  • Assist in processing of employee and statutory claims.
  • Maintain employee records in HR systems.
  • Identify learning needs for designated business units and individual training plan.
  • Skill competency frameworks.
  • Payroll processing support and cover.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.
