Summary

Job Scope
1. Warehouse Admin
  • Handle warehouse documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipping forms.
  • Update and maintain inventory records in the system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and suppliers for smooth operations.
  • Assist in stock‑taking and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform general administrative and ad‑hoc warehouse duties.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O Level / NITEC or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics admin experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic warehouse systems.
2. Operation Admin
  • Coordinate with customers and provide sales support to the sales team.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with logistics team to ensure customers deliveries are met.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

3. Admin cum HR
  • Conversant with local legislation and employment/MOM matters.
  • Able to work meticulously and independently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and able to interact with all levels of staff of different nationalities.
  • Requires integrity, discretion and a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates when required.
  • Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company.
  • Competent with general PC and office software application like Microsoft Office.
  • Administrative support responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day tasks, office supplies, equipment, mail and other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by department heads or managers.
  • To source for good vendors for the company if needed and upkeep all company’s assets, renewal of memberships, vehicle VPC and road‑tax and insurance.
  • Positive working environment.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum diploma holder or fresh graduate in Human Resource faculty.
  • Entry level are welcome to apply training is provided.
