Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assign maintenance projects
• Oversee ongoing maintenance programs, including routine maintenance, seasonal preparations, renovation projects and scheduled upgrades
• Conduct regular inspections
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, inventory, etc.
• Create and adhere to an approved maintenance budget
• Collaborate with third‑party contractors and technicians as needed
• Ensure safety compliance, including training staff on safety measures

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in building maintenance, facility management
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of maintenance issues is essential.
• Work location: Bukit Timah residence
• Experience in handling high‑end projects/condo/residential
