Job Description
- Lead all client performance marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery on KPIs such as ROI, cost‑per‑acquisition, and lead quality
- Maintain a hands‑on approach to monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
- Ensure timely communication, proactive recommendations, and satisfactory client liaison to encourage retention and renewal of contracts
- Maintain structured, error‑free documentation for all campaigns, including briefs, proposals, contracts, reports, and billing records
- Track and report campaign performance metrics—budget pacing, ad credits, profitability, and success rates—using data dashboards and real‑time analytics
- Mentor, guide, and supervise performance marketing specialists, interns, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and delivery standards
- Work closely with SEO, social, content, and tech teams to ensure integrated marketing outcomes that maximize client results
- Keep updated with digital media policy changes, algorithm updates, and market trends to maintain competitive and compliant campaigns
- Support new business pitches by developing performance strategies, budget forecasts, and performance projections to win new accounts
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain official partner accreditations (Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing, etc.) and agency certifications
- Champion visibility through participation in award submissions, case studies, and industry benchmarking to position the agency as a top performer
Job Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of performance marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role within a digital agency
- Proven success managing multi‑channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms for both B2B and B2C clients
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tracking, attribution, and data‑driven decision‐making using GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated performance outcomes
- Commercially minded with experience managing six‑figure monthly ad budgets and achieving measurable ROI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in pitching and managing client relationships
- Strategic, forward‑thinking mindset with interest in automation, AI‑driven marketing, and emerging digital trends
