Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day finance function ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Conduct monthly credit assessments and implement credit control protocols.
  • Oversee authorization of digital banking transactions.
  • Manage cash and bank operations focusing on accuracy and procedural integrity.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow projections and monitor project costing.
  • Review and interpret consolidated financial reports.
  • Drive the preparation of annual financial statements and budget forecasts.
  • Compile and submit monthly and quarterly consolidation packages.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and bankers for financial matters.
  • Support ad hoc assignments as required.

Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities within the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Conduct monthly credit assessments and implement effective credit control protocols.

Oversee authorization of digital banking transactions, including GIRO, PayNow, TT, and FAST.

Manage cash and bank operations with a focus on accuracy and procedural integrity.

Prepare monthly cash flow projections and monitor project costing and work-in-progress metrics.

Review and interpret consolidated monthly financial reports across group entities.

Drive the preparation of annual financial statements and budget forecasts.

Compile and submit monthly and quarterly consolidation packages within stipulated timelines.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and corporate secretaries to support statutory and financial matters.

Contribute to ad hoc assignments and cross-functional initiatives as required.
