Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support the execution and administration of facilities management programs, including the development and implementation of routine and scheduled maintenance plans, as well as the planning of cyclical upgrades and enhancements for all Central Offices.
  • Assist the Manager in preparing and monitoring operational and capital budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of outsourced service providers, ensuring quality performance and compliance with service expectations.
  • Liaise with internal engineers and managing agents to verify that maintenance tasks are performed according to plan and scope, and ensure timely repair or replacement of facility‑related components.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of day‑to‑day operational issues within the facilities, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular safety and quality inspections across all Central Offices, including after‑hours checks when necessary, and initiate corrective actions for identified hazards.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
  • At least 3‑5 years of relevant experience in similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management and general knowledge across real estate functions such as planning, development, asset and project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
