Job description

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Implement and configure Epicor ERP systems for new clients
• Develop and customize Epicor applications to meet client-specific requirements
• Train and support end-users on Epicor software functionality and best practices
• Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and recommend Epicor solutions
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the seamless integration of Epicor with other enterprise systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Epicor product developments and industry trends

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Epicor Kinetic IT Specialist or consultant
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP systems, particularly in the semiconductor or manufacturing sectors
• Strong technical expertise in Epicor Kinetic software configuration, customization, and integration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications in Epicor Kinetic ERP or a related field would be highly desirable
