Job summary

A local staffing agency in Singapore is looking for an entry-level Drafter / BIM Modeller. You will develop 3D BIM models and 2D drawings, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with Singapore's regulations. Experience with Revit and Navisworks is advantageous. This position offers a salary of up to $3000.

Qualifications

• Entry level candidate welcome; knowledge of Revit and Navisworks advantageous.
• 1 year experience in drafter role will be advantageous.

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and 2D drawings in compliance with Singapore’s regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients to integrate designs and resolve clashes across disciplines.
• Extract quantities and prepare documentation to support cost estimation, tender, and work-done claims.
• Manage materials submission, purchasing, and project administration tasks efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and provide BIM support or training to ensure accuracy and smooth project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a higher nitec/ diploma in any engineering field
• Candidate with 1 year experience in drafter role will be advantageous
• Entry Level is welcomed; Knowledgeable in Revit and Navisworks will be advantageous
