Job summary

A leading subcontractor in plumbing and sanitary in Singapore is seeking an Entry Level Drafter / BIM Modeller. You will develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and 2D drawings while coordinating with engineers and clients to resolve design clashes. Knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is advantageous. This role offers a salary of up to $3000.

• Entry Level candidates are welcomed.
• 1 year experience in drafter role will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and 2D drawings in compliance with Singapore’s regulations.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients to integrate designs and resolve clashes across disciplines.

Extract quantities and prepare documentation to support cost estimation, tender, and work-done claims.

Manage materials submission, purchasing, and project administration tasks efficiently.

Perform quality checks and provide BIM support or training to ensure accuracy and smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

Possess a higher nitec/ diploma in any engineering field.

Candidate with 1 year experience in drafter role will be advantageous.

Entry Level is welcomed; Knowledgeable in Revit and Navisworks will be advantageous.
