A recruiting agency in Singapore is seeking a Demand Planner with experience in inventory management and B2B sales. The role involves managing product lines, forecasting demand, and collaborating with suppliers. Suitable candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Business or related fields, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office. Handle all inventory and supplier related tasks relating to e-commerce sales.
Report to the Business Development Manager of Business Unit Division and will be responsible for the following activities.
Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement.
Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
Minimize Out of Stock by actively monitoring stock inventory, replenish accordingly.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure profitability of items, cost reduction, and expand product line-up.
Work closely with suppliers for On-Time Delivery and expedite when necessary.
Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and communicate with suppliers if necessary.
Maintenance or update product master database.
Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.
Collect statistics and generate reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Diploma or Degree preferably in Business / Supply-chain/ Data-analytics or related.
With B2B industrial sales experience.
Experience in Stock Management / Supply Chain Management.
Possess high energy and result oriented.
Good time management skills and team player.
Competency in MS Office skills is required.
