Job summary

Full-Time | Mon–Fri & Alt Saturdays | Up to $2,700 Basic + AWS

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Officer (Order Processing), you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order fulfilment and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll manage end-to-end order processing, handle inquiries, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer orders using internal systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding orders, deliveries, and product-related questions.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of orders, changes, and cancellations.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations in a professional manner.
  • Propose improvements to enhance customer service processes and efficiency.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with management to support service or product improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Order Fulfilment or Customer Service.
  • Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with order processing systems; knowledge of SAP S4 is an added advantage.
