A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to assist clients with queries, manage course registrations, and provide essential information on programmes. The candidate must have at least GCE 'O' Level or higher, be able to work weekends, and have a basic grasp of Microsoft Office. This role demands professionalism and immediate availability.

Qualifications
