Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and develop new opportunities in the Data Center industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a diploma or degree in Engineering or Business. Qualifications

  • Possess a valid driving licence; owning a vehicle is a plus.

  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Data Center industry.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and develop new customers.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver excellent technical and commercial support.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and networking to generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Responsible for sales performance, activities and provide after-sales services to customers.
  • Track sales activities, prepare reports, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in semiconductor/data center industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Possess valid driving licence and own vehicle is a plus.
