Job description

URGENT!! Automation Equipment Engineer - PLC / Based in China

Experience with PLC Omron or Mitsubishi is welcome to apply

Working Location : Based in China

Responsibilities

Installation and Commissioning: Install, relocate, and commission automation equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, analyze and track issues.

Performance Optimization: Optimize equipment movement, improve performance, implement enhancements, and perform regular maintenance.

Basic PLC and HMI Skills: Possess basic PLC programming skills and experience with HMI design.

Hardware Adjustment: Experience with hardware debugging and parameter settings for robotic arms, feeders, dispensing systems, and vision systems.

Documentation and Training: Write equipment specifications and related documents, and conduct personnel training.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation / Electrical Automation / Other related majors.

Capable of supporting equipment assembly tasks and refining process standards.

Equip with foundational skills in modifying PLC programs for Mitsubishi, Omron, and Inovance systems.

Basic experience in modifying HMI programs would be advantageous.

Knowledge in the operation and parameter adjustment of automated mechanical, electrical, robotic, and vision systems would be preferable.
