Job Scope

• Design and develop automation equipment and solutions for semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop innovative automation solutions
• Troubleshoot and optimise existing automation systems to improve efficiency and productivity
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications and documentation
• Ensure automation designs meet safety, quality and regulatory standards
• Provide technical support and training to production teams on the use of automated systems

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation design, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Proficient in CAD software, PLC programming and automation control systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
