Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is looking for an Office Administrator to oversee sales support and office administration. Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, liaising with the sales team, and maintaining proper documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 2-3 years of relevant experience are preferred. The position offers a competitive basic salary up to $3000 and a 5-day work week with office hours.

  • Maintain documentation of ROs, POs, shipments, invoices, and tax filings.
  • Perform general data entry and various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure work premises are clean and organized and support ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support the full spectrum of sales support, office administration, and accounting activities.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) with accurate costings, assign jobs to contractors, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Liaise closely with the sales team and attend to customer enquiries in a responsive and professional manner to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of ROs, POs, shipments, invoices, and tax filings to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
  • Perform general data entry, and various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Ensure work premises are clean and organized, and support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager/Executive.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • 2~3 years in relevant experience will have added advantages.
