Position: Accounts cum HR Executive
Location: Ang Mo Kio (North-East region)
Working Hours: Office Hours

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full set of accounts, including all general ledger entries, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Oversee daily financial accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare GST submissions.
  • Assist with corporate tax computation and filing with support from an external tax agent.
  • Prepare audit schedules, address queries, and support the year-end audit process.
  • Handle corporate secretary matters with support from an external corporate secretary firm.
  • Manage HR-related matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a full set of accounts independently.
  • Experience handling HR-related matters.
  • Proficient in SAP B1.
  • Able to work closely with colleagues from different teams.
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities as required.
