Job summary

A local recruitment agency in Singapore is urgently seeking an Accountant and a Finance Executive. The Accountant will focus on group consolidation and financial reports, while the Finance Executive will manage full set accounts and conduct bank reconciliations. Job Scope:

Accountant - Manufacturing Industry

Prepare and review group consolidated financial statements and management reports from subsidiaries.

Monitor group and subsidiary cash flow forecasts.

Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Head Office; address queries from HQ.

Review subsidiaries’ reporting schedules and recommend improvements.

Support subsidiaries with reporting requirements and internal HQ audits.

Liaise with Head Office and subsidiaries on items requiring approval.

Assist in reviewing and improving internal financial policies and support ad hoc operational projects.

Finance Executive - Automotive Industry

Handled full-set accounting including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).

Performed bank reconciliations and maintained the general ledger.

Prepared full-set financial statements: balance sheet, profit & loss, and trial balance.

Managed petty cash, expense claims, and accruals.

Supported internal and external audits and assisted in budgeting and financial analysis.

Requirements:

Accountant: Minimum 5 years of experience in group consolidation.

Finance Executive: Full set accounts experience
