Temporary Customer Service Executive – Call Centre (TAMPINES)

Location: Tampines

Working Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Assignment Duration: 21 Oct – 30 Nov 2025 (possible 1–2 month extension)

Role Overview: Handle customer inquiries primarily via phone in a fast-paced, transactional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and accurate solutions while maintaining professionalism.
  • Update and manage customer information in CRM systems.
  • Reference knowledge bases to resolve issues effectively.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new systems meet customer needs.
  • Adapt to changing work demands and take on various tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and deliver a positive customer experience under pressure
  • Able to stand for long periods of hours on the job when attending to customers
  • Able to attend a pre-training prior to work commencement
