Job summary

A trusted recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations/Payroll professional to provide administrative support for HR daily operations and manage payroll processing. Responsibilities include verifying claims, coordinating salary submissions, and handling HR letters. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and experience in HR functions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to daily HR operations.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing.
  • Verify reimbursement claims, allowances, and entitlements.
  • Coordinate with banks on month end salary submission.
  • Handle CPF submission and process annual employment income data for IR8E file upload to IRAS.
  • Arrange for pre-employment checkup with appointed clinics.
  • Preparation of new joiner welcome pack and maintenance of employee handbook.
  • Sort and distribute incoming physical mails.
  • Update and endorse dental claims.
  • Prepare various HR letters such as visa letters and employment certifications.
  • Process HR invoices.
  • Manage IT services with the service provider.
Job description
HR Operations/Payroll
  • Provide administrative support to daily HR operations.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing.
  • Verify reimbursement claims, allowances, and entitlements.
  • Coordinate with banks on month end salary submission.
  • Handle CPF submission and process annual employment income data for IR8E file upload to IRAS.
  • Arrange for pre-employment checkup with appointed clinics.

  • Sorting and distribution of incoming physical mails.
  • Updating and endorsing dental claims.
  • Preparation of various HR letters (visa letters, employment certifications, immigration letters, etc).
  • HR invoices processing.
  • IT management with service provider.
Secretarial support
  • End to end travel management support (accommodation bookings, visa applications, ground transports etc).
  • Assists with travel and expense reimbursement submissions.
  • Calendar management and close follow ups.
  • Assist with general office admin/facility tasks, managing of incoming calls, office upkeeping, meet and greet – escorting guests to the meeting rooms and helping with beverage, general courier and despatch arrangements.
