Job summary

NUS Cities at the National University of Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead and deliver urban advisory projects. You will bridge urban policy, planning, research and international engagement, contributing to Singapore’s thought leadership in sustainable, liveable cities.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in government, development, consulting, or academia, with strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in urban planning, public policy, sustainability, geography, international development or related field.
Experience in government, international development, consulting or academia is preferred.
Strong project management, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of urban advisory projects in sustainability, governance, and housing.
Coordinate training programmes, workshops and study visits with governments and partners.
Develop proposals, concept notes and marketing materials; manage stakeholder relationships.
