A leading staffing company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to manage customer inquiries primarily over the phone in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will undergo training before starting work. Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure are essential for this role.
Working hours: Mon to Thur - 8.30am to 6pm, Fri - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Tampines
Handle customer inquiries primarily via phone in a fast‑paced, call‑centre environment.
Provide efficient, accurate, and direct solutions using customer management software (CRM) and internal knowledge bases.
Update customer records and log interactions in the system promptly and accurately.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality from a customer experience perspective.
Adapt to changing work demands and take on various operational tasks as required.
Candidate will need to attend 3 days training before actual work commencement.
Ability to provide positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism, even in difficult or high‑pressure situations.
