Job Scope:

Assist customers with purchasing mobile devices and services.

Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.

Explain device features, plans, and promotions.

Resolve technical issues and address customer inquiries.

Handle sales transactions and process contracts.

Upsell additional products or services.

Stay updated on the latest mobile technology and promotions.

Offer informed advice to customers based on current trends and updates.

Working hours:

5 days work week - 10am to 10pm (9 hrs per hour)
