We are seeking Project Specialists on a 1-year contract to support safety-related projects, communications initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts. These roles will contribute to enhancing workplace safety practices, culture, and governance.

Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)
Work Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
1. Senior Project Specialist (Safety Policy & Consultancy Study)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and improving safety-related checklists and operational guidelines.
- Review documentation to ensure reasonable and practicable safety considerations are applied.
- Facilitate briefings and onboarding sessions for staff.
- Support harmonisation of safety processes and systems across different functional areas.
- Coordinate external learning visits to gather insights on best practices.
- Assist in safety management system reviews and studies.
- Support the development of frameworks related to vendor and third‑party safety management.
- Provide assistance on general safety policy matters.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience in safety management, policy review, or project coordination is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
2. Project Specialist (Safety Culture & Communications)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of safety communication materials (e.g., posters, digital content, visual media).
- Assist in the creation of e‑learning modules and engagement activities.
- Develop platforms to share internal success stories and good practices.
- Contribute to the development of digital repositories and microsites for safety resources.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and administrative matters related to safety committees.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience in communications, digital design, or content creation is preferred.
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments.
3. Project Specialist (Safety Champions & Risk Management)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and coordination of safety ambassador or champion programmes.
- Organise engagement sessions and learning communities for safety representatives.
- Assist in issuing advisories and communication updates on safety matters.
- Support supervisors in reviewing and documenting incident‑related information.
- Assist in managing training programmes and maintaining training records.
- Act as a point of contact for safety‑related queries from designated internal stakeholders.
Preferred Competencies
- Interest or experience in risk management, incident reporting, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
