Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking Production Operators/Technicians for fixed night shifts. Candidates will perform various operational duties to ensure quality standards and efficient operations in a warm kitchen environment. Must be fit for work and willing to comply with health and safety regulations. Overtime may be required. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

• Able to work night shifts (fixed).
• Able to work in a warm environment (21-30°C).
• No prior health condition/food allergies; fit to work in a production environment.
• Open to work overtime (when required) – up to 3-4 hours per week.

• Operate machines according to standard procedure.
• Preparation of ingredients based on standard procedure.
• Check and inspect raw/finish material.
• Maintain proper cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Follow company safety SOPs at all times.
• Highlight any issues to superior and seek resolutions immediately.
• Any other job duties as assigned.
