About the Role

We are seeking an HR Assistant to support our HR team with administrative and event-related tasks on a 6‑month contract. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable handling HR processes, documentation, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal particulars and clearance information, in HR systems.
  • Prepare and customise certificates for participants of HR programmes and activities.
  • Draft and manage communications with HR candidates and programme participants, including sending out mass emails and collecting responses.
  • Provide support for HR events such as interviews, engagement sessions, career fairs, activity camps, and ceremonies.
  • Manage e‑filing and reorganise archives across internal and external storage platforms.
