Assistant Manager – Finance, Investment & Procurement

Salary: Up to $5,475 | Contract: 11 months (extendable) | Location: Pasir Panjang | Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Mon–Fri (Office hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify vendor invoices to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing according to service level agreements.
• Validate expense claims with proper documentation and approvals, liaising with divisions/claimants on discrepancies.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, reporting, and audit schedules.
• Participate in finance projects, such as process automation and vendor/expense claim analytics, to improve efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Workday and strong data analytics skills are a plus.
