Manager (Secretariat) - 11-Months

Contract: 11 months | Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Salary: Up to $5,000/month

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager / Manager to support secretariat functions and manage inclusive sports and disability-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement initiatives such as Calm Room, gym programs, and staff training.
  • Track progress and report on disability and inclusive sports program expansion.
  • Manage marketing communications and liaise with branding teams and stakeholders.
  • Oversee grant administration, including proposals, budgets, compliance, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all grants.
  • Update and manage the inclusive sports webpage/portal.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in stakeholder, project, or grant management.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s sports ecosystem and disability inclusion.
  • Experience in competitive sports or coaching is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and committed to promoting inclusivity in sports.
  • Active lifestyle with a passion for sports.
