Job summary

The SUPREME HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment and systems, and to perform installations, testing and maintenance.

The role requires a degree in Engineering and experience in creating ISO-compliant workflow procedures, with onsite duties at the Lentor area and standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
• Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure ISO compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare service and technical reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers.
• Support project and engineering teams when required. Perform other technical duties and project-related tasks as assigned.
• Preparing project workflow procedures to ensure ISO standards compliance

• Salary: $3500 - $4000
