A human resources firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to manage order fulfillment and customer inquiries. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Oracle or SAP is a plus. Candidates must be meticulous and able to work independently. The position involves a monthly rotation for weekend standby duties.
Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (this role require to work a monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays, with one weekend per month on duty according to the roster)
1 yr contract (with potential for conversion)
