Executive Assistant, HR Talent Acquisition (6 Months) – Jurong East

Location: West, Jurong East

Salary: Up to $2,800/month

Duration: 6 months (extension possible)

Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm

Job Summary

Support the HR team in medical HR operations and talent acquisition, ensuring smooth processes and effective coordination across recruitment and staff administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations: Process monthly payments, claims, and one‑time transactions manage clinician postings, staff pass and name tag preparation; coordinate e‑Appraisal and regulatory supervisory assignments; assist with billing and privileging exercises for specialists.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment processes including interview scheduling, document collection, salary proposal drafting and offer management; liaise with candidates on work pass and professional registration; track recruitment cases; manage observer onboarding processes.
  • Collaboration & Administration: Work closely with departments and HR partners to ensure accurate record‑keeping and timely completion of HR tasks.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of HR operations administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Detail‑oriented, collaborative and proactive with strong team spirit.
