Start: Immediate | Commitment: 3–6 months
Schedule: Minimum 2–3 retail shifts per week
Pay: $13–$15/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create a warm, personalized shopping experience for every guest
• Share strong product knowledge, brand story, and craftsmanship insights
• Build long-term relationships through clienteling and thoughtful follow-ups
• Spot opportunities to cross-sell and upsell with confidence
• Stay updated on new collections, product availability, and ongoing promotions
• Uphold visual merchandising and overall boutique presentation standards
• Support stock management, replenishment, and delivery handling
• Follow loss prevention and store operation procedures
• Work closely with the team to reach shared store targets
• Join training sessions, product workshops, and brand experience activities

Requirements
